  • How Do I Book A Project With You?

    You can book by filling out the contact form on our Contact Page or emailing us directly. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your project.

  • How Long Does A Typical Project Take?

    Our projects can take from 2-10 weeks, depending on the complexity and the services you choose. We provide a more detailed timeline once we’ve discussed your needs.

  • Do You Offer Payment Plans?

    Yes, for Branding and Web Design we require a 25% deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance split into two payments—50% at the project midpoint, before design process begins and 25% before final delivery. And for Brand Photography we require $100 non-refundable retainer to book your spot with the remainder paid on your shooting day.

  • Is My Deposit Refundable?

    Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. Because of our limited availability and commitment to each client, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This allows us to hold your project space and focus exclusively on your needs, turning away other potential clients during that time.

  • What Is Not Included In The Price?

    The price for our packages doesn’t include third-party costs such as website hosting, domain registration, font licences, print or stock imagery. These will be billed separately if needed. Additionally, any revisions beyond the included rounds will incur a fee. Please note that all prices are exclusive of GST (applicable only to Canada-based businesses).
