You can book by filling out the contact form above or emailing us directly. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your project.

Our projects can take from 2-10 weeks, depending on the complexity and the services you choose. We provide a more detailed timeline once we’ve discussed your needs.

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance split into two payments—50% at the project midpoint, before design process begins and 25% before final delivery.

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. Because of our limited availability and commitment to each client, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This allows us to hold your project space and focus exclusively on your needs, turning away other potential clients during that time.

The price for our packages doesn’t include third-party costs such as website hosting, domain registration, font licences, print or stock imagery. These will be billed separately if needed. Additionally, any revisions beyond the included rounds will incur a fee. Please note that all prices are exclusive of GST (applicable only to Canada-based businesses).
