Yes, I require a 25% deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance split into two payments—50% at the project midpoint, before design process begins and 25% before final delivery.

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. Because of my limited availability and commitment to each client, I require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This allows me to hold your project space and focus exclusively on your needs, turning away other potential clients during that time.

The price for my packages doesn’t include third-party costs such as website hosting, domain registration, font licences, print or stock imagery. These will be billed separately if needed. Additionally, any revisions beyond the included rounds will incur a fee. Please note that all prices are exclusive of GST (applicable only to Canada-based businesses).
