The designer behind the studio
Hi, I'm Natalie — your creative partner, and if you'll let me, your biggest hype woman.
My creative journey started long before I had a name for it. As a little girl I was drawing, sewing clothes for my dolls, and dreaming of becoming a fashion designer. In my teens I was altering and bejewelling my own clothes, filling sketchbooks, and spending most of my free time making something out of nothing.
When I became a mother and moved into my first apartment, that creativity shifted into interiors. I was putting up wallpaper, painting walls, rearranging furniture — and loving every minute of it. Design had always been the thread, it just kept finding new forms.
After moving to Canada, I explored a lot: photography, nail design, cake decorating, lashes, illustration. And then I found logo design and brand identity work — and everything clicked. The process of starting with nothing but a brief and a set of letters, developing concepts, not knowing exactly where it would lead, and arriving at a complete brand identity felt like magic. It still does.
I worked in retail for a while (fashion will always have my heart), then shifted fully into graphic design. I spent time contributing to client projects at marketing agencies, which shaped how I think about design — not just visually, but strategically, in terms of how it serves a business.
Llenea is where all of it comes together. The branding, the websites, the photography — it's one connected system, built with care and attention. Every project is handled personally, start to finish. There are no shortcuts here.
I'm an introverted homebody who expresses herself better through design than words — so the fact that you've read this far genuinely means a lot.
If you're building something you're proud of, I'd love to be part of it.
