Yes. I work exclusively with Squarespace because it's a platform I know thoroughly and trust. It's intuitive to manage, visually flexible, and well-suited for the types of businesses I work with. After launch, you'll be able to update your own content with confidence.

Yes. Additional pages can be added at an extra cost, which we'll discuss and agree on before the project begins. Any scope additions are confirmed in writing before work starts.

To secure your project date, a 50% deposit is required at booking. A further 25% is due before the design phase begins, and the remaining 25% is collected before your final files are delivered. A project agreement is shared once we've confirmed we're the right fit on the discovery call.

Yes — website copy is provided by the client. If you're not sure where to start, I can point you in the right direction, and the questionnaire and discovery call will help clarify what each page needs. Strong copy makes a significant difference to how your site performs, so it's worth investing time in.

You'll be set up to manage your site independently — Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly, and I'll make sure you're comfortable before we wrap up. If you need ongoing support beyond that period, we can discuss a separate arrangement.
