With strategy in place, we explore the visual direction of your brand. I develop curated concepts that reflect its tone and personality — reviewing colour, typography, and overall aesthetic to establish a clear creative path. Once approved, this becomes the foundation everything is built from.

This is where your brand comes to life. Your logo suite, colour palette, and typography system are designed as one cohesive system — each element considered in relation to the others, nothing added without purpose. The goal is a brand that feels refined and recognizable across every touchpoint.

  • It depends on where you are. The Complete Brand Identity includes a full strategy phase — positioning, audience, brand voice — before any design begins. This is for businesses that want the entire foundation built properly from the start.

    If you already have a clear sense of your direction and simply need the core visual elements executed well, Brand Essentials may be the right fit. It skips the strategy phase and focuses on delivering a professional, cohesive identity — logo, colour, and typography — at a more accessible investment.

  • Every project includes two creative directions developed from your strategy and questionnaire, so the concepts presented are always rooted in your business — not guesswork. You'll have rounds of refinement to shape the chosen direction into something that feels exactly right. Liking the work isn't a happy accident here; it's built into the process.

  • To secure your project date, a 50% deposit is required at booking. A further 25% is due before the design phase begins, and the remaining 25% is collected before your final files are delivered. Payment details and a project agreement are shared once we've confirmed we're the right fit on the discovery call.

  • Your input is important, especially at the strategy and feedback stages. Outside of those touchpoints, I handle everything. Most clients find the process straightforward — you'll always know where we are and what's needed from you next.

  • Not much. You'll complete a brand questionnaire before the discovery call, which I'll use to guide our conversation. From there, I take the lead. The more openly you can share your vision, your audience, and your goals — the stronger the outcome.

  • Yes — fully. The entire process runs remotely via email and video call, so location is never a barrier. I work with clients across Canada and worldwide.
